Ingredients
Crust:

3 cups of Graham crackers

2 tablespoon sugar
·
5 tablespoon unsalted butter
Filling:
·
Sliced peaches, 4-5 cups
·
2 cups sugar
·
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
Topping:
·
1 cup oatmeal
·
1 cup flour
·
2 cup sugar
·
1 cup of unsalted butter (room tempature)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
(175 degrees C).
Crush the graham crackers in a
food processor. Tip into a bowl with the melted butter and mix well. Push the crackers into an even layer into the
base of the cake tin and chill until needed.
Mix peaches, sugar and cinnamon
into a bowl and pour the filling into the springform pan.
Mix flower, oatmeal, butter
(room temperature,), sugar together and mix it well . Pour the filling into the
springform pan as third layer.
Bake 30 – 40 minutes in the
preheated oven, until golden brown.
Serve with the peach cake with
ice-cream or vanilla custard
